“GenAI almost
gives you what you need—but often falls short.”

The concept was developed during a Design challenge provided by the previous agency i was with.
I was on Team #1, and my team ended up winning the competition. The challenge started with this :
How could Gemini transform Google Workspace from just a productivity suite to an intelligent and
smart colleague?

So my team’s solution to make Gemini more collaborative. To introduce this idea to the user we were inspired by the classic concept “Learn by Doing”, Solitaire, and Barbie Dress up games. These games taught people how to use a mouse and to do basic tasks. So we took this core concept and thought an interactive experience like that, could teach users how to think with Gemini. Instead of a tutorial, we introduce a short, low-stakes game inside Workspace — designed to teach decision-making, tone-shaping, and creative collaboration in just a few minutes.

As we riffed on how to bring this concept to life visually, I started sketching this tiger and suddenly thought of those Barbie dress-up games. What made those games fun was the ability to customize your character — it wasn’t just the same baseline Barbie every time. That idea immediately connected to Gemini for me.

If users could play a simple, game-like experience where they customize their Gemini into whatever they need it to be, they’d not only learn how to use Gemini intuitively, they’d also walk away with a more personalized and slightly more advanced version — because they took the time to shape it themselves.

Below are some visual explorations and prototype concepts inspired by that idea.
