WHO THE HECK IS SABRINA?
WHO THE HECK IS SABRINA?
So I’ve always been an ‘odd’ art kid who knew early on that they wanted to be an artist. In school, the only classes that truly held my attention were art, history, and computer lab — creativity and technology just clicked for me. Fun for me was always creating. I would stay up drawing things, creating toys, or learning a new computer game.
After high school, I attended a private Catholic university, Our Lady of the Lake and earned my degree in Applied New Media Arts in 2016. It took me about next nine years to get to this level—I started out as an intern at a design studio, j12 Designs then went to a mom-and-pop companies called Allied Advertising, then i taught myself HTML and coding and landed a Web designer/graphic design role while simontaniously freelancing as a video editor for Eric Lejia, before stepping into agency life at Hero now Huge,Inc.

Those years helped me build a deep foundation in design, art, coding, video editing, and animation. Working at Hero Digital/Huge Inc refined my craft —
I mastered tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, expanded my understanding of design logic and principles, and began to define both my creative style and my unique voice as an art director.
Directing
photography with AI
Career Milestone
On several client product campaigns, and for fun side projects, i like to discover creative and innovative ways how AI can be used to communicate specific photography styles and video direction without having direct access to a photographer or a studio.
For my client Lamb Weston for example, this process allowed me to introduce a new photography styles to the Lamb Weston brand. Below are a few initical concepts all made with AI and a little photoshop

Directing video with AI
Career Milestone
i love creating just for fun — I often dream up “mock” campaigns to keep myself inspired and growing. This project began with a simple what if: what would a product campaign look like if CB2 and Solange teamed up to launch a new furniture line — one that leaned into editorial storytelling and explored AI-driven video direction? I mapped out the overarching concept, sketched furniture ideas, and built components, but something was missing: video.
Without access to a studio, I studied CB2’s own video style, planned camera shots with AI, then wrote prompts and added effects to bring the video concept to life.

Video concepts
My goal with exploring AI in video directing, is we could give this to an actual production studio and say this is what were’ thinking—pushing the idea that AI can help communicate video direction, even if a user is short on time, tools, and resources.

Inspiring girls in STEM
on what Art Direction is & how fun can be!
In 2024, I volunteered to create an activity about Art Direction, where I spoke to young girls about what Art Direction is and how it shapes a brand, using Lamb Weston as an example.
I was super nervous! I developed a project for the girls, to create a book cover based on attributes and qualities about themselves. It was so much fun seeing what the girls created and some of them even let me have their covers.
