Shaping Creative
with Truth
& Beauty

Hero Digital was the first agency I had the pleasure of working for, and beyond client work, I also contributed to internal brand creative projects that helped shape how I think and work as an Art Director. From an Adobe FireFly storytelling presentation that visualized capabilities through real motion examples, to designing reusable Figma systems for internal marketing reports, newsletter designs infused with AI-generated creative, and leading an Art Direction workshop for young girls through Hero’s DEIB program.

These projects reflect my belief in purposeful, thoughtful design. They embody a commitment to “Truth & Beauty” in creative work — work that is honest, beautiful, and meaningful for people, teams, and brands alike.

Adobe FireFly Storytelling

For Hero Digital, I was asked to present about Adobe Firefly, and i created a visual story about how i used it for Lamb Weston; showing real motion examples of how powerful the tool is for photo editing.

I created a figma system for Hero’s Internal Marketing reports

For Hero Digital, I was asked to design a report for the internal marketing team. At the time, the previous reports were designed in Indesign, I thought it would be better to create reusable components symbols in figma file. To increase the production speed while giving these reports a refreshed style that complimented the editorial brand of Hero Digital.

In 2024, Hero Digital’s DEIB program offered opportunities to volunteer for GirlStart. I went for it, and i creatde an activity about Art Direction, where I spoke to the young girls about what Art Direction is and how it shapes a brand, using Lamb Weston as an example.

I was super nervous! I developed a project for the girls, to create a book cover based on attributes and qualities about themselves. It was so much fun seeing what the girls created and some of them even let me have their covers.

Inspiring girls in STEM on what Art Direction is & how fun can be!
